Called customer service and was told on truck delivered soon. Really put a damper on the day. I have a camera and alerts when someone walks to my door. Never had issues with porch pirates.

Pic 1 is what I ordered and paid for. Pic 2 is what my friend got.
Not only is it the small arrangement instead of the triple I ordered, but the roses are completely opened and some flowers are drooping. The pic #2 was taken 5 mins after delivery.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Florists.com offered me a 50% refund or product replacement.
I ordered my mother an arrangement called Orchid Elegance which included an actual Orchid plant and a small arrangement of flowers for $84.99. What she received was an arrangement of a couple flowers and some plant branches, which looked really cheap. I've been trying to chat with Florist.com customer service and can't connect

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Florist.com was deeply upsettingespecially given the sensitive nature of the occasion. I ordered a floral arrangement for a funeral service, expecting the delivery to be handled with care and professionalism.
Unfortunately, what followed was a complete failure in both service and honesty.
After receiving an email stating the arrangement was undeliverable, I called to get more information. Over the phone, I was told that their florist had contacted the funeral home and was given incorrect information. This excuse immediately raised red flags. I personally spoke with the funeral home, and they confirmed that no one had contacted them and that they had not provided any such misinformation.
Despite all this, Florist.com later claimed the flowers were successfully delivered.
But in truth, the flowers were NEVER deliverednot before, during, or after the service. This was not only frustrating but incredibly disrespectful to the grieving family and the memory of the deceased.
Whats most disappointing is the lack of accountability and the dishonesty. Instead of owning the mistake and making it right, they chose to deflect blame and fabricate a story.
I expected compassion and reliability during such a difficult time, but received neither.
I would strongly caution others from using Florist.com, especially for important life events. When it matters most, you need a florist you can trustand sadly, Florist.com failed on every level.

I ordered a birthday arrangement with two balloon add ons to be sent for a birthday of a very ill 22 year old. I ordered on September 1st to be delivered on September 5th.
The order was not completed and I called and they told me they would refund half (after I pleaded because of frustration). Then, they said they would replace them on Monday the 8th. Monday came and still no flowers! So I called back and demanded to speak to a supervisor.
They ended up saying they would refund my order and would ship it out first thing on Tuesday the 9th. Its very frustrating that they had ample time to make me aware if they couldnt fulfill my order. And to top it off it was for a well known city outside of Atlanta. So there is no way that they couldnt find a florist to fulfill this order.
I was done with their excuses and will never use them again even if they did refund me. Its very discouraging to see that I had to call twice just to get the order done!

Bad flowers

When I ordered the flower arrangement first it was delivered Monday the 5th and not on the 10 the of May, the day I preferred day before mother's day, second we order pink roses, pink carnations and Daisy's and a purple flower thing. What we go was yellow roses and no pink carnations and the flower were wilting.
I would slide to either have my money back or the correct arrangement, at least something like it, sent to my Mother-in-law. Please help me!!!

The real number for florists.com is (800)348-****. The number listed on this site is for flowers.com.
However, if you call the number listed on this site, they ARE able to pull up your order, but its one of their affiliates so they can't help you.
My order had said delivered, but it never arrived.
Customer service contacted the florists who delivered my order and couldn't get in contact with them.
They said they would get back to me when they received word from the florists assigned to deliver my flowers. Hoping I'm able to sort this out.
